Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with QuizMyNotes.

• 7-day first-payment refund: if you're not satisfied, email support@quizmynotes.com within 7 days of your first payment on a plan and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Renewals: you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period. Renewals are generally non-refundable, but contact us if you were charged after forgetting to cancel and haven't used the service since. We'll usually refund.
• Service problems: if an outage or bug prevented you from using what you paid for, we'll refund or credit you.
• Refunds are issued through Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. They typically appear in 5-10 business days.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
