1. What QuizMyNotes is

QuizMyNotes ("we", "us") is a study-practice tool. It turns study material that you provide into practice questions, answer keys, explanations and flashcards so you can test yourself. It is not tutoring, it is not a homework or exam-completion service, and it does not guarantee any grade or exam result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a free account. If you are under 18, you may only use QuizMyNotes with the permission of a parent or guardian. Paid plans may only be purchased by an adult (18+), such as a parent or guardian paying on a student's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

3. Acceptable use

• Use QuizMyNotes to study and practice. Do not use it to complete graded assignments, take-home exams or quizzes that you are expected to complete yourself, or to get help during any exam.
• Follow your school's, instructor's and exam provider's rules. You are responsible for how you use the output.
• Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload confidential exam content, other people's personal data, or anything illegal.
• Do not attempt to resell, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to bypass usage limits.

4. AI-generated content

Questions and explanations are generated automatically and checked by an automated second pass on a sample of questions. They can still contain mistakes. Always verify against your course materials, textbook or instructor. Content is provided "as is" and is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Nursing and medical practice items are for exam study only and must never guide real patient care.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of your study sets. You give us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your uploads to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Free accounts include 3 study sets per rolling 7 days. Plus ($9.99/month) and Pro ($19.99/month) renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Usage limits are listed on the pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example accounts used for academic dishonesty at scale, abuse or fraud. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Trademarks

Exam names (for example AP, NCLEX, CompTIA Security+) are trademarks of their respective owners. QuizMyNotes is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
